once a parent dies it will never be the same. no matter how happy i get i always feel like i am carrying this huge boulder on my shoulder. it chemically changes something in your brain idk how to explain but i was so much more before my dad died

For me it was 2021, I’m still not over it, it happened 2 weeks before i graduated hs, he wanted to celebrate it. I was really close to my dad. And no I’m not making this about myself I’m just sharing:( I do wanna tell u that please don’t try to ignore this feeling. try to feel it as strongly as u need to. Feel it, cry however long you want to. Bcuz if you ignore it, it will find u in sometime and will literally ruin u forever. It will find in times when u deserve and have the chance to be fully happy but u won’t be able to. It changed me as a person and im still not over it. I wish u nothing but the best, Im sending u a lot of prayers.

I wish I wouldve been like you and used arts as a way to cope but at that time I was too young to know better.
