Hopefully Dr, Berg can answer this but, I see some people saying drinking clove water is bad for your kidneys on a daily basis and it’s only suggested to take once or twice a week. So the questions can you drink clove water everyday or should you only do it for a short period of time?

I drink Cloves w turmeric, cinnamon and anise and helps me a lot.. when I don't drink it I wake up super tired and nauseous
