I had my svt treated with an ablation , mine would spike under exercise and then have a hard time coming down unless I did a carotid massage.

I had Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome and this would happen all the time. Had to get two cardiac ablations to cure it. Scary times. All good now though!

I have SVT and it could happen with just sitting on the couch with no triggers. I had an ablation, which has helped, along with medication.

Had SVT, WPW syndrome for a few years before my cardiac ablation. It helped a little but since I have sick sinus syndrome it’s been hard to keep up. Im getting a pacemaker this month hopefully this will help.
