@dillanholliday: On December 30, 1952 Hank Williams would begin what the world would soon learn was his last commute. Then 17-year-old Charlie Carr chauffeured Hank from Alabama onward. Hank even tried to catch a plane in Knoxville, but the plane was turned back due to bad weather conditions. By the time the sun rose on January 1, 1953 Hank Williams had been pronounced dead.
