@makonyango: Replying to @born.mpole Ngima Polo by @Pauline_nyaimbo In 2 Samuel 11; King David saw Bathsheba bathing and, consumed by desire, slept with her, resulting in her pregnancy. To cover his actions, he tried to manipulate Uriah to sleep with his wife, and when that failed, he sent him to the front lines of battle, where Uriah was killed. Afterward, David took Bathsheba as his wife, but the consequences of his actions weighed heavily on him. Indeed, temptation and desire can lead to destructive choice Power and privilege do not excuse wrongdoing, and moral integrity matters more than status or ambition. #luogospel #luotiktokers #makonyango #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp #luomusic
