My accessory nerve was compressed for a long time due to Chiari and my traps always felt like bricks and hurt. I always described them as “tight” until my PT demonstrated that they were in fact NOT tight, but weak due to the nerve compression. I’d been stretching them (likely well beyond where I should have) for years and wondering why it kept getting worse. Nerve glides and strengthening helped so much after my decompression surgery.

I’m dying to know if there’s something similar you can do for hamstrings? I’m actually quite hypermobile but I have the tightest hamstrings ever - super frustrating!

I have done hundreds of stretches for my chronic upper trapezoid pain. My entire feed is stretch/posture videos. I did a month of PT. Nothing has helped like this, instant relief. I am only 40 and I have had this chronic pain for 10+ years. Mostly it is do to my repetitive movement for my job. I can't thank you enough. I will send this video to all my co-workers. You are changing lives!!!❤️❤️❤️

I have 4-5 PT visits/week for a variety of hEDS adjacent issues. This week I’ve had mystery subluxing collarbones (yay!) that I couldn’t resolve with 4 PTs. The glide you’ve taught here helped to deescalate the region. Thank you so much for all the education and guidance you provide on this channel 🫶
