Pretty straight forward. Call Burberry and see if they have the yellow umbrella. Go to the concierge at the hotel and tell them you need someone to be the "umbrella person" and see if any of their employees that have the day off want to make $100/hr for the day. They'll probably find you the person, and hopefully the Burberry store is close enough, all in 30 minutes is completely possible.
