My husband had never done laundry or dishes before he met me. (😬) he wanted to learn because it’s a thing adults should know and do. So he asked. If there’s something new in the situation—a different dish, a new garment—he asks! And then he acts based on the answer! You know, like a grown-up!

My ex got bleach everywhere when doing laundry causing me to do all laundry for the next 16 years. When I stopped doing his laundry, he said I “turned” on him. He wasn’t wrong.

I worked as a professional dishwasher during school for 3 years so I am a Master, but my family won’t follow my advice and now they all just leave the dirty dishes on the counter. Total disrespect 😢

My partner is fully capable of doing laundry, but every time he did it for me or our child there were oversights that ruined our clothes or he'd leave wet things in a laundry bag in the car overnight. Years latet he still swears this was never intentional.
