Please be careful leaving the resort without a tour guide or chaperone,my son went a few years ago and said it was bad, there are thieves and gangs that will follow and some even rob you if they realize your alone and a tourist without a guide or chaperone,luckily he had one, he said he’d never go again and leave the resort even with one..he’s said parts of there are actually beautiful but there are parts that are really dirty,scary and you can tell where the gangs are..HOPE YOU ALL STAY SAFE AND HAVE A GREAT TIME..
