I bought a box from Safeway with Turmeric and ginger. I squeezed lemon in it and drank it all morning for a month and difference is so worth it! I didn't eat anything until closer to noon and stayed away from too much junk food. I ate a light meal at noon and very light dinner or none. It doesn't work if you don't change your diet some.

I can only speak for myself. This stuff is amazing. I have operated in both of my knees, no cottage bone bone and when taking this, I have no pain I can walk easy. It’s really doing a great job.

boil your own ginger and turmeric and put only Ceylon cinnamon in it but you need black pepper with the Turmeric.... Also start adding anti-inflammatory foods to your diet and stop eating inflammatory foods. This isn't a quick fix. Its an aid
