what I think is funny about a cop pulling a person over is generally speaking The cop will ask the person do you know why I'm pulling you over. That's just simply if way too find guilt and admission or probably cause. so maybe the cop thought he seen you do something with your hands while you're driving and pull you over and you told him you thought you were speeding well they he'll disagree with what you're saying and he'll say you know fast you were going. etc........m in other words he never stopped you for speeding but you admitted
