I used 4 pounds of chuck roast, instead of water I used beef broth, no extra seasoning, one birria bomb, it came out soooo freakin tasty

This is why I never put things online. Girl throws a roast in a crock pot and the sear and beef broth police come running. Cool quick and simple dinner mama!

I was so so so so so disappointed in the birria tacos...they looked so good and did NOT live up to the hype. I seared it, used beef broth, seasoned appropriately and it was barely a 5/10.🥺
