I feel her pain. I started hitting the gym 6 months ago. No change in my body. 5,'6 and 192 pounds was painful. I put my self on a diabetic diet and calorie deficit 6 weeks ago. And I loss 32 pounds and went down 2 pant sizes. My goal weight is 140 so I have 20 pounds to go.
