I guess after spending all that money on a Yoder smoker I would do that just once a year. Throughout the year just a simple clean and vacuumed ash and a good thorough clean out on the outside

How well does a Yoder work with grilling? I’ve got a Pit Boss, and it’s a decent smoker, good oven, but not very good with grilling and getting a good sear.
