I got influenced (not here) and bought one of their sweaters — it started pilling just a few hours after I wore it under my coat. I left a 3-star review and added a photo. The next day, they contacted me and promised a full refund if I deleted the review. They also said I could keep the sweater, but I had to apply for the refund with the reason “no longer needed.” I agreed and deleted the review, and honestly didn’t rush to go to the post office. Then I realized it had been a while since they last contacted me. Guess what happened — the deadline to drop it off was yesterday, my review is already gone, and customer service is no longer being nice. I do have screenshots of their initial, very friendly messages 😂 And it just makes me wonder how many reviews have been deleted this way, with people just not bothering to share their bad experiences

Unfortunately it can have 1% wool.and be advertised as wool blend. More then likely it mostly polyester.
