You should space out your vitamin at least two hours before or after any caffeine or they vitamins will not absorb. Caffeine cancels all b12 iron and calcium.

My boys are home from college and I’m telling you, seeing the sink full of dirty dishes, laundry piled up, the house loud again, has been so good to my soul! 😭 I have missed them terribly and don’t want to say goodbye in a few days. Empty nesting is the HARDEST thing. My mama heart HURTS!! But at the same time I am happy they are happy! It’s such a confusing emotion! LOL!!

Yes! I learned from my mom who cleaned when I was young and my kids have learned from me. Just because I do the cleaning doe not mean my kids do not know how to do it. Have a fabulous New Year!
