only Northern and Western Michigan are like this. Closer to Detroit we don't get nearly as much snow are the northern and western regions

My sister went to Michigan Tech University (about 2hrs NW of Marquette) and she used to drive a snowmobile to class when the snow was like this.

see thats the upper peninsula. I'm from the lower peninsula, and thats also too much michigan for me. thats the kind of weather where they start shutting down the bridge between us, separating those of us who wouldnt make it lol

I made it to work this last Monday during the state off emergency in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. Those that have 4 wheel drive can do anything, lol!

Any state along the great lakes. I lived by lake Ontario, lake effect snow and Canadian polar vortex
