Some 3rd party caskets are very cheaply made. Had one come in and wouldn't stay open bc of the way it was made. 😬 Family got mad but you get what you pay for when you buy cheap products.

How did this law ever get passed in the first place? the government doesn’t force restaurants to allow you to bring your own food in for them to cook it. The law doesn’t force auto mechanics to accept your parts that you bought on eBay.

The thing I’d say is to be aware some 3rd parties will represent their products as equal to what you’d generally find at a FH. I’ve seen many times foreign made knockoffs are what you end up with. Basic function, but not equal to the domestic quality of caskets.

Im pre needing my spot right now with the cemetery I haven’t went to the funeral home to pre need yet but I want to find the prettiest casket for me where’s the best places to find pretty girly ones.

My Mom was cremated and she always wanted to be placed in a large pickle jar. The funeral home was all for it. So we had a jar saved beacause she was ill for a long time. She wanted my husband to paint the jar for her, he would not do it until the day she passed. It was beautiful and almost to hard to bury, but it's what she wanted and that is what she got.

oh no I've already told my son and my husband you are to buy my casket at Costco it's only our two grand it's 20 gauge steel which is top notch better than what they have for under $2,000 rather than pain $8,000 for one of their caskets

Costco has some really nice ones. Even the funeral director whispered to us how beautiful it was. Saved us over $1,000
