Please look into the NYCLU and other legal services orgs in the city. Someone will be interested in your case either for the civil liberties violations or the gendered violence aspects. You will have a much better outcome and less stressful time being represented by a lawyer

I don't understand. you don't have to text or call him. It's only validating anything that he says. You can literally send the court hearing paperwork certified and the court should be doing that so signature is required to acknowledge they are aware and they have been served... they don't serve people in New York?

I truly do think a lot of this could have been avoided if you got a lawyer or seeker legal guidance as soon as this stuff happened. You would not have been arrested as many times as you were for the false stuff
