I am so sorry for your and your family. Just so 😥 tragic. It's hard to let go but sometimes we have to do the hard things. I am sad to say but there isn't much quality of life for your son - it's hard to watch.

as a parent this is so hard to watch especially after 3 years of living like this, I really hope Matthew has a somewhat normal life in the future but credit to his dad for being there everyday it seems.
