We had a ‘54 Farmall 300 propane that we used to run a relift pump to irrigate a ricefield with for years. It was the most silent running machine when at idle. My dad ended up giving it away for $500 after about 10yrs of not using it. I wish I knew he was gonna let it go. It was a great tractor. Had a hydraulic 2pt rear lift and 1 remote.

Add Seafoam to the rearend/hydraulic oil, it will help condition the seals and stop leaks unless they are way too far gone!

I have my grandfathers he bought new the year my mom was born. When the hoop barn started of fire it was the first tractor he moved out. I need it restored.

I agree. Equipment literally will fall apart from lack of use. We have a couple old tractors and trucks on our farm. They don't have to run daily but need to run somewhat. I really enjoy running the old equipment as well.

We redone a 4430 years. Pulled a 12 row planter for 3-4 years. Now it has the worse job on the farm. Brush hog and grain vac tractor.
