Officer safety and qualified immunity both need to be removed from all police officers. Police determine safety upon their own discretion and most of the time it's a bullshit reason. Never met a single officer that can explain what disorderly conduct actually is but they're always so quick to say everyone is disorderly. However in reality police are the only one's that are disorderly more than half of the time.
