Yeah no, that wasn’t a legal shooting, he wrestled the gun from a guy with the gun, the police told him drop it and he did, you can see it in the camera too, the cop shot him cause he was racist, multiple courts said tjat the police did not have immunity for this situation, that’s why he’s getting 8 million, they don’t want the cops to be charged so they’re buying him out.
