I have probably tried hundreds of cookie recipes, and this is by far my favourite one!!! It’s absolutely perfect omg, there’s a crisp to it and it’s so flavourful and nutty. I ran out of vanilla extract so I used maple syrup instead and it’s amazing!! I love that there’s espresso powder in here too, have no clue what it did but I can feel the difference. THANK YOU SO MUCH
