The needing closeness and needing space dynamic is NOT for the WEAK. Both aniexty are high for two different reasons it can definitely turn into who’s feelings matter more in the moment, but reassurance really goes a long way

This is the biggest thing I’ve had to learn in my relationship!!!! It’s taking time and still a process but we BOTH have the hard conversations and it’s truly been such a game changer for us.
