Yep, heard it since I was a little girl. Also heard if thunder claps in the dead of winter; that snow will fall.

I'm in the south.. and yes was told this.. and have seen it.. but not always. However, it is January, and you know yourself that "IF" it's gonna snow in NC, it will usually do it In January.. 😊👌🏼

Don’t know how far south you are. We only get snow every 5 years or so and not much. But that ring always means RAIN within 3 days here!
