Compeed cold sore patches. Hit it with acetone and put a patch over it. Gone in a day or so.

As soon as you feel a cold sore coming on, get yourself to the chemist and ask for Elovax one dose. The sooner you take them the quicker it will be gone. You take the three tablets all at once and it gets rid of the heat and itch and the angryness ! And they are pregnant friendly (but please always check with the chemist!) they are a game changer if you get them often.
