Because of cost of living! What do you mean? Are you saying that if you pay your rent on time you shouldn't get a rental increase because you've lived there for so long and you've paid your rent on time? Well there is a little bit of truth to this, I've had landlordsraise my rent as little as possible because I was a solid tenant but other than that, I don't think it works that way.😊
