A new stall called Hong Kong Pai Pai quietly opened in mid-December, filling the space left by Luroufan Tasty on the third floor. It joins Richmond’s growing wave of Hong Kong-style cafe stalls (ahem Cha Don and One Cafe) with a classic “Cha Chaan Teng” lineup. You’ll find all-day breakfast combos, street food snacks, and hearty plates like Swiss Sauce Chicken Cutlet and Baked Pork Chop Rice (served after 11AM). We grabbed the Satay Beef with Rice Noodle set, which came with buttery toast, a drink, and super soft scrambled eggs. Our standard all day breakfast set choice at these places. Hot drinks are included, but swapping to iced will cost you $2 more.
