ive got to have fat free yougets I can't no full fat dairy only dairy I can have is fat free or skimmed dairy products. I can't have plants based non dairy its very annoying

Organic milk is a marketing strategy. It is often harmful to cows. All milk is tested for all compounds before sold so it is safe to drink normal cows milk. Organic just means the charge more.
