Phu quoc and vn are great but this isn’t what you should go for, it’s sort of dystopian and weird. Would reccomend a resort in pq or enjoy the local culture, not the borderline abandoned Vietnamese emulation of Europe

I went there 2 months ago. Grand World was ok but it’s so fake. Sunset Town was aswell but it is more beautiful but there is hundreds of empty buildings where is no business, yet. I will go there again but after a few years

Honest, its great to be a tourist for few month in vietnam as its beautiful but not to live for many year due to language barrier ie english and the service is yet not to par for hospital and transportation.. after a while u will notice its not where u belong..
