It always make me question the world. 🤷 I understand this is good , but why don't every bed , hotels or anywhere, it's a bed that have dedicated pillow for this. it's the same as / how to sit correctly. important to have your knees lower then your hips to tilt it correctly, but no car I ever drived have a seat that make this possible 🤷. ect. we know what the body needs , but we don't make it the normal
