@counsellingwithaleena: Panic attack aik aisi halat hoti hai jahan dimagh achanak se “danger” ka signal de deta hai jabke asal mein koi danger hota hi nahi. Us waqt dimagh adrenaline release karta hai, jisse dil bohot tez dharkta hai, saans phool jati hai, hath kaanpne lagtay hain aur lagta hai ke sab kuch khatam ho raha hai. Yeh body ka natural fight or flight system hota hai jo bachane ke liye activate hota hai, lekin jab woh ghalat waqt pe active ho jae to panic attack ban jata hai. Short term mein yeh halat aam tor par 5 se 20 minute tak rehti hai, aur us waqt sabse zaroori cheez hoti hai gehri saans lena, kuch thanda pakarna, apni saans par focus karna, aur apne aap se kehna “main safe hoon, yeh feeling guzar jaegi.” Long term mein therapy, especially CBT, aur relaxation techniques help karti hain dimagh ko dobara train karne mein, taake woh har stress ko danger na samjhe.
