Super easy to book any slots available online on their site … no need for a concierge or anything and food is basic - we Parisians don’t go there

There are restaurants in Paris that don’t have wait lists of any kind and only offer reservations 90 days in advance and you have to call exactly when they open to get your table 90 days from now and even then it might book up before they answer you.
