Same thing happened to my black one. It's literally turned my hands black when I took it out of the wash. Contacted customer service and they gave me my money back and I kept the sweatshirt. Too bad it's horrible quality...

If you’re paying $200 for a sweater we should be able to wash however we want without it getting damaged 🥴 shouldn’t it be then more it cost the better the quality??? But nooooo we make these cheap brands famous for nothing bc they don’t care about their customers!

I’ve had mine for over a year and this has never happened to me. I wash it by itself on delicate and let it air dry on top of the washing machine. Putting it in the dryer especially with other clothes is what causes the pilling
