First up: sandwich cookies, filled with decadent frostings and indulgent fillings. Flavors like bananas foster, chocolate malt, Irish cream, chocolate & churro, pumpkin butter snickerdoodle, orange chai, gingerbread, and toasted coconut with Irish cream had customers lining up week after week. Then came the cookie dough cookies—made on both a rich chocolate cookie base and a classic chocolate chip base. At first, the chocolate chip sold out fastest, but after a few weeks, both bases were equally loved. There’s just something magical about cookie dough.
