Great at acting, but doctor: don't look in the camera, you may ruin the magic. And maybe, maybe, add somr different clothing for the patient (just a scarf will do). And... "why do you need to advice a therapist while you are just a patient?" "oh, doc, it's just my way to be a people pleaser after a childhood with my narcissistic mother who never loved me but nothing worth saying...." 😏

My first day with my therapist I took my shoes off and sat cross cross. She said well ok love that your comfortable 🤣🤣🤣

I mirror the way my therapist sits and he calls me out on it. 😂But its a work related habit.. he knows I do it, when I am super nervous now.

ive been in therapy almost 6 months now. I dont even remember my intake session, just how grateful I was to be in therapy because I was struggling so hard
