Flight days are tricky for me. I haven't had any issues like what I hear of with other people with pumps. I know the cabin pressure can cause issues. The whole trip experience between stress and exhaustion plays games with glucose levels. I think I have a better gauge of what to do from experience.

On a recent trip on the plane I went below 1 and had to stand in the bathroom in case I threw up. So I was standing in the bathroom with an orange juice and my family running around haha
