Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a standard loaf pan (for thicker brownies, a larger pan, like 8x8, will yield thinner brownies) with parchment paper, leaving overhang on each side for easy release of the brownies. In a medium bowl add the butter and chocolate chips and melt until smooth. Whisk in the sugar. Mix in eggs one at a time. Fold in salt, cocoa powder, and flour until just smooth.
