Imo the leveler/distributor just undoes everything the WDT tool does. Just based on shape, it’ll lead to pockets of higher density

what brand do you recommend the best for the accessories. cause i see sets on amazon that are $40 for like 7 tools. and then some where it’s $40 just for a tamp. i feel like all the influencers have normcore. i don’t mind paying more if it’s genuinely going yo make things better

@Sami: My grinder is at the lowest, my spouted portafilter is perfectly dialed-in, 1:2 ratio. But using my bottomless portafilter it becomes a huge mess, too liquid too fast and splashing everywhere. Same WDT and tamping..

I kind of agree about the distributor. I have one, but I don’t know if it’s because I don’t know what I’m doing, but sometimes the distributor does not even go all the way down into my Porter filter to level the coffee. What do you think I’m doing wrong?
