Man don’t listen to people! 3 is a good age they are more independent and they listen you can actually start parenting! 0-2 there’s no relaxing though it’s constant rescue mode

I have a 2 year old and idk what I was thinking because the newborn stage would be a breeze now! 😂 These toddlers give us Stockholm syndrome, abuse us all day but we miss them when they’re gone 😭😅😂

At 2 years old it was “she’s in her terrible twos” at 3 years old “she’s just a threenanger” at 4 years old “she’s just being 4” I’m waiting for the year that there isn’t an excuse associated with her age and people realize that she’s just hell on wheels and it’s my fault.

this is the START my guy. the START. let me tell you though. I got 3 kids. I'm a teacher. this is the stage where they wanna BE YOU. don't push little guy away. the reason kids get "lazy" is cause they tried to help you when they were 2-4 years old and you said " go away I'm doing chores." then they turn 8 or 10 or 14 you wondering why it's so hard to get them to do chores. they don't know cause they don't remember. but you were there, you know, they spent 3 YEARS trying to help you and instead of teaching them, you said go away. now they hate chores and they don't know why. 18 months isn't too young. you loading the dish washer? hand him a spoon n tell him where it goes. you loading the dryer? hand him the socks. you wanna sit down, he wanna climb on you? Lay flat on your back and let him walk and climb on you and the couch. it gives you a free massage and he gets to feel strong like Daddy. . you're doing great dad 🥰
