The Cruel Prince isn’t a romantasy tho, the focus is political fantasy. There’s romance absolutely but I always struggle when people group it with acotar (haven’t read the others so can’t speak on those). Calling The Cruel Prince a romantasy will set false expectations and people end up hating it because they expect more romance. I just love this series and want more people to love it 😅

The cruel prince is so bad. I didn’t even make it through half of it because of the writing. I know it’s YA, but it was much more YA then I expected. I definitely need books with more depth then that 😅🌼

Can confirm: From Blood and Ash is way overrated. Fmc is soooooo annoying and immature. And I say this as I’m in the middle of the series. She does get less obnoxious, but this plot is all over the place.

I NEED a book where we’re reading from the villain’s POV l, but they’re written so well that we genuinely think they’re the hero and all along the actual heroes seem ‘bad’. Then by the end of book 1 or 2, the plot twist hits and we realise the person we loved was the villain all along. If there is a book like that PLEASE 🙏🏾 let me know.

I think The Wolf King series is so underrated! Book 3 comes out in September 26, it has such a good plot with a good amount of spice too ♥️
