I stopped allowing people's opinions to hold any weight when I realised the SHEER AMOUNT of intenral work and shadow work i had done between the ages of 12-20, they hadn't even started yet I literally stopped viewing full grown adults who hadn't hadn't to bother doing any healing or internal work as literal children regardless of their age or of what they accomplished 🙄
