Hey Niko! Do you think it’s better to state your non negotiables up front or just keep it more easy going on the first date? I know what I want and don’t want to waste time but I’m sure stating everything I want could scare them off or just them a cheat sheet for lovebombing… but also being too easy going might attract go with the flow guys…

I actually do believe you do heal by dating… bc I went 6 years without dating… and now I’m super rusty, and learning about my attachment styles, triggers, non-negotiables, lack of self-discipline. Dating truly is holding a mirror up to your self.
