I wish people also knew that you should be keeping toothpaste in your mouth after brushing. Like you can rinse your mouth and use mouthwash, but just take some fluoride toothpaste on your finger and put it on your teeth. This fights the bacteria and keeps your mouth a little bit cleaner than it would be without the toothpaste

I have these retainers for myself post braces, I drop them in a cup with polident cleaning tabs when done wearing, but they get a white film buildup that won't go away, I have new trays I'm avoiding using until I figure out how to combat this, any advise?
