1. Neils british accent slips out when he says words like “cant” or “literally”. Also when he’s mad. 2. A documentary has been filmed about neil and his past after many many years , when he healed (Allison and Matt convinced him to agree to that) Also, I think Kevin would drive only sports cars as an adult🥹

Kevin goes back to uni and gets a Masters and PhD in history after retiring. Jean was the one to give Kevin the idea, he saw Kevin carefully cultivating his interest in history in the Nest, he watched how Kevin begged Riko and the Master to be able to study history in university, how even with Court, the Ravens and a pro team on his back, Kevin still did double the academic workload(his and Riko's) all so that he could study what he loved. So when Kevin is all lost, without knowing what to do with so much free time in his hands, the first thing Jean thinks is that Kevin should go back to studying Kevin was afraid at first, but he loves it. He gets highely involved in academic production and now there are a bunch of people who know him because of the papers he has published, but have no Idea he is an olympic champion

Maybe not a fully headcanon but I believe Jean has such a mental love hate relationship with Neil, because Neil was supposed to be the raven Jean turned out to be but during Neil time in the nest he learns so much of Neil and of thought Neil as a version of Kevin that he would have easily feel inlove with if he had became a raven when he was supposed to, he sees Neil as a dumb kid that despite all the stupidity he put himself through he got through it and became stronger cause of it and Jean hates how much he admires it

After retiring, Kevin doesn't know what the hell to do with his life, Amelia is in college, Thea is coaching the Ravens, and all he knows how to do is Exy. But after a month of trying to help Dan, she kicks him out because he's not being productive for her (nothing personal, he's just very intense...in a bad way) but there's a lie in all of this: he doesn't just know how to do only exy, he studied history, he begged Riko to study history, so he got his teaching degree and is a high school history teacher. His history students will never understand how those who were trained by him say he's demanding, because their teacher, Kevin Day, is passionate and enthusiastic about history, because history can't be improved by practicing every night at 3 in the morning, history is what it is, and Kevin doesn't need it to be perfect. And somehow it makes him happier than anything else to see a teenager who has just become obsessed with Joan of Arc or a student who raises his hand to ask if they can play hamilton in the classroom
