As a Cajun I just don’t understand the vomit looking sauce on the outside. If boiled in properly seasoned water and then soaked they are totally flavorful. I think people just drain too soon. You have to add frozen corn at the very end. It cooks and stops the cooking if the seafood. Soak 30-50 min.

After removing the shell from the eggs, place them in the crab boil so thay can soak up some of the flavor! Add mushrooms and brussel sprouts if you like them as well!
