But those other girls were trained under Chrissy, so it is Chrissy‘s method. She can’t obviously work on every single person individual age. It’s not enough time in the world to do that. But it’s just like working under an artist in an art gallery like say Shuli, the glass artist. He teaches people under him how to blow the glass the way he wants it done and then they replicate his work.

Omg babe that’s tension alopecia as a hairdresser this is beyond horrible I’m so sorry for you!!!! 🥺😩😩😩 it’s sad how many hairdressers do it for the money and not for the passion of hairdressing !!!!!! The industry in the 15 years I’ve been in it has changed way too much the things I’ve seen are so sad and unfair to the client DO BETTER HAIRDRESSER FAMILY !!!!!!!!!

I am a hairdresser for many years and I have assistants who shampoo cut some foils, wash the bowls and sweep the hair and maybe sometimes Blow Dry. My clients who come to see me would be infuriated if I had the help do most of the work that they came to see me for.… Especially if it’s multiple people working on them at the same time. And you’re right everyone has a different style and with his detailed work it doesn’t sound like the whole head would come out evenly! Just sayin’ .

This is what a lot of celebrity stylists do. They have their assistants do a lot and the stylist just does the consult. I know because i have been an assistant for one like that. I left after two weeks
