Carnitas (shredded pork); Pollo Tinga (shredded chicken); Beef Birria (shredded stewed beef); Fish tacos (white fish). Carne asada (grilled beef, not stewed). All these tacos are delicious. I only eat 3 max so it’s hard to choose lol.
