It does help throw strikes I used to not be able to throw strikes for the like of me now I throw tons I go out of motion so it’s 1.. 2.. 3.. 4..

This is huge. My 12u son has issues being too slow in his delivery, kids stealing constantly. He loves Coach Rac so he'll listen to you vs dad! 😂

Been doing this with our AA team and it really does wonders. They can tell when the rhythm is off at 9 years old because their count is off.
